Warm-up Room

The Club provides a well-equipped warm-up room with access to a personal trainer, Steve Young, who is specialised in providing a high quality, one-to-one, fitness training service, supported by his sports injury clinic.
Our warm-up room contains a mixture of cardiovascular equipment, ie. treadmill, rowing machine, cycle and cross trainer, with a small selection of dumb bells up to 16 kg.
Friday night fitness classes are held each week.
